Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Cusco – Private Transfer
Upon arrival at Cusco Airport, our friendly team will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in the historic center. Take the rest of the day to acclimate to the altitude and explore the city at your own pace. We suggest a light walk through San Blas or relaxing with a traditional coca tea.
Day 2: Premium Sacred Valley + Train to Aguas Calientes
Today you’ll experience one of the most culturally rich days in Peru. Start with a visit to the Chinchero Textile Center, where you’ll learn about ancient Andean weaving techniques.
Next, discover the fascinating circular terraces of Moray, once used by the Incas as an agricultural laboratory. Continue to the dramatic Maras Salt Mines, where locals still harvest salt using ancient methods. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch in Urubamba, then head to Ollantaytambo, a living Inca town and important archaeological complex.
In the late afternoon, board the panoramic train to Aguas Calientes, enjoying views of the Urubamba River and cloud forests. Overnight in Aguas Calientes.
Day 3: Visit to Machu Picchu – Return to Cusco
After breakfast, take the shuttle bus to the majestic Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. During a 2.5-hour guided tour, you’ll explore highlights like the Temple of the Sun, Intihuatana, and the agricultural terraces.
You’ll have free time afterward or you can add an optional hike to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain (advance reservation required).
After the tour, return to Aguas Calientes for lunch (on your own), then board the train back to Ollantaytambo and continue to Cusco in a private vehicle.
Day 4: Farewell – Transfer to Cusco Airport
Enjoy your final breakfast before your private transfer to Cusco Airport. End of services with unforgettable memories of the Andes and the Inca culture.
