I reserved a tour via internet before coming to cusco (about a month before my arrival), and the agency was very attentive to any questions I had. I am sure that other tourists also would have some questions or worries especially when they need to decide a tour, which is considered not cheap. :) The good tour was very important as it was a big decision for my parents come all the way to Peru from South Korea. Soledad(Sole), our guide was super friendly and professional, I cannot appreciate her enough for being the best guide and friend for my family. Besides the incatrail itself, the whole service was very satisfying, and the hotel in Aguascaliente was also super.
