Departure Time: Around 8:00 AM from your hotel in Cusco (exact time to be confirmed based on group/private coordination).
Return to Cusco: Afternoon drive back to your hotel.
Scenic Drive: Travel through picturesque Andean landscapes en route to the community near Zurite or Ancahuasi.
Introduction to the Pachamanca Tradition: Meet local families and learn about the ancient Andean technique of cooking meats, potatoes, and herbs underground with heated stones.
